Simply said: Me and my husband worked with Steven twice in buying 2 of our homes in Orlando area, and we would recommend him to any of our friends who need a realtor. Steven took his time to listen to our needs/wants in a house. He shared many insights in the current situation in Orlando real estate market so that we can make an informed decision. He always response our questions in a timely manner. He also respect our opinion about each house, what next step we want to go. He never push us to close on any house just to get the deal done. He helped us get through the long process of securing a short-sale property. He was consistently following the seller, updating any progress (or no progress) and keeping us on schedule so that we finally secured our dream house.
