Jim was the real estate agent representing the owner of property we were purchasing. Jim was very responsive in his communication with our real estate agent and knowledgeable about the property. The only confusion at the closing was about the real estate commissions but other than that everything went very smoothly.

We live in California currently and were buying a home in Florida. He was recommended to us by our daughter and son-in-law. After discussing with Seth the type and location of the home we wanted, Seth was able to find the perfect home for us. Most of the details of the purchase were arranged long distance. Seth was extremely helpful throughout this process. He was patient with us in several issues that were due to the distance and my lack of knowledge in the details of a home purchase.
