I sold my Orlando home from out of state, and it wasn't a simple listing. The house was built in 1958, it had been on the market once before without selling, and an earlier contract hadn't made it to closing. We sold are home late last year and Patrick was incredible to work with. He was thorough and timely in everything he did from start to finish. This was the first time we sold a house and we had a million questions that Patrick always answered quickly and never made it feel like we were asking to much. He would be quick to reply via email, text or phone. The pictures and videos his firm tools of the house were incredible and really made us proud of our home, and received a lot of traffic. Right down to the signing table and even after we sold the house Patrick was incredible and even helped us with multiple things while we were out of town post sale. Don is professional, knowledgable, friendly and thorough. I only wish we found him sooner. Don answered every phone call and email in a timely manner. His knowledge on home sales as well as home maintanence was extremely helpful. It was our first time buying and he never acted like any question was a stupid question. He thought of things we didn't think of. He helped explain the process and was w/ us every step of the way. Don's negotiating skills helped us to save a great deal of money and in buying a house who doesn't want that. I highly recommend him.
