In negotiation, he was measured and well prepared, answered every request with documentation rather than reaction, and worked out terms both sides could live with. The home sold as-is, at the top of the price-per-square-foot range for comparably sized homes in the neighborhood. Communication was excellent start to finish. As an out-of-state seller, I was never out of the loop, and never once had to chase him for an answer.
