Dennis did an awesome job in handling the sale of my deceased brother's Ventura condo. In spite of difficulties with the tenant, the HOA, the intricate paperwork of an estate in probate, the guard gate (Fort Knox!), and the rental management company, he stuck to the task at hand and kept me informed every step of the way. Great communication and consistent follow-up

Our house was pretty unique and difficult to find the right comps for it. Our market timing wasn't great either. Ken worked with us to present it in the best way possible, adjust our strategy when needed, and brought us to a close (which went smoothly and even closed early). We had already moved out of state, so this was all done remote. Through diligent effort, Ken made it happen! Thanks!
