Not only did she find us a beautiful waterfront property in our budget in Orlando (a feat of it own) but she beat out all other offers, including one that said they would pay $5000 over any offer no matter what. We even bid less than them and still got the house, I still don’t know how she did it! Once we were under contract, Kimbra had amazing communication giving us almost daily updates. BUT the BEST part was that she was able to negotiate a brand new roof, new doors and new windows. Overall we had a fantastic experience, start to finish, and I would highly recommend everyone to use her.

Camilo was a great agent to work with. He was always very responsive and made you feel more like a friend than a customer. He made sure we got the best possible deal we could all the way through closing. I would definitely recommend Camilo (and already have) to anyone who is looking for an agent. The only sad part about closing on our home is that we won’t get to talk with Camilo as often now.
