Before we even set foot on a property she'd already noted the things that would be important for our lending process (like roof age and if seller accepted VA offers) so we were looking at actual potential homes. She is kind, responsive, caring, knowledgable, and willing to go to bat for you. Her efforts took the stress out of a very stressful process and we are now in a home that works for our family!
