Kathryn listed and sold our condo in an Orlando tower and made the entire process easy and seamless. We are not from the area, so was conducting this at a distance with Kathryn taking care of all that needed to be done. When a problem arose, she had solutions that worked extremely well. I highly recommend her.

After looking at a property we were interested in purchasing, we were referred to Petur Sigurdsson of Viking Realty. The couple living at the condominium were renting the property and knew of the sale. Straightaway they contacted Petur and we met with him immediately. Needless to say, he was extremely efficient and professional. He instantly prepared a contract for purchase that was accepted by the seller and we were able to close within about 10 days. He also assisted negotiating with the seller to pay for damages, and of course to work with the title agent to assure a quick closing.
