But I was reassured by my realtor that it is an Investment. As a result of the current market and the area of the house I was purchasing. I actually have gained a substantial amount in equity. Over $25000 in the first year. How this will not be the case for everyone. I was an opportunity that I took advantage of because of my realtor knowledge of the market and current property values in the area. He was always available to answer any questions day or night.
