Jeanne is the most knowledgeable, compassionate and detailed realtor! She know the market inside and out and carefully guided me through the process of relocating from another state. Her follow up and eye for detail is second to none. To say that I would recommend Jeanne would be an understatement, there is no one better!

When I was introduced to Jeanne by a friend virtually, I knew I had found a jewel. She communicated with me regularly and answered every question I had promptly. Based on my criteria, she sent me homes to look at and then suggested other possibilities after she got the taste of my personality. When I visited Venice to look at properties, she showed me a range of my likings. My early virtual opinion of her was not only true, it was even more than I expected. She knows her stuff! I made an offer and bought. Throughout the process, she guided me, made suggestions, made needed connections for me, communicated with me, closing agents, insurance companies, etc., came back after deal was closed and sat with and supervised work on my property because I was in another state. Thus, more than I expected from a realtor. She also knows the area in-depth. If you want a good realtor, find someone other than Jeanne. But if you want a great realtor that goes the extra mile, then Jeanne Egan is that person. Thanks much Jeanne.

Moving house is always an emotional decision, coupled with the fact that we are moving from another state intensified the stress level. However, Jeanne is simply impeccable in how she navigates every question, concern, and emotion. She is extremely knowledgeable in the Sarasota/Venice housing market and her focus on detail is second to none. If you are looking for someone to help you find your new home, there is no one better than Jeanne!

We had the pleasure of both selling and buying our homes with Karie as our agent, and we can confidently say that will forever use, and recommend Karie -with enthusiasm! She is incredibly positive, helpful, and thoughtful, and always had our best interests in mind. She really gets to know you and your needs. On top of being extremely knowledgeable of both the buying and selling process, she has a gift of making you feel at ease in all situations. After our first meeting, we felt like we had known her for years. She held our hand every step of the way and we were impressed with her attentiveness to all the details. You’ll never use another realtor again once you meet Karie!

Karie has been instrumental in our journey to finding our forever home. No matter what challenges we faced, her positive attitude, kindness, generosity, and honesty lead us the whole way even when it didn't seem possible. Karie shines in her knowledge and skills as a realtor, but now we are blessed to call a dear friend. I tell every single person I know that if they need a trustworthy, friendly realtor that cares far more about her clients than anyone I've met; go to her. Thank you Karie for sticking by us and helping us find our happy place. You are truly one of a kind.

Karie was absolutely fantastic to work with! She made buying our Florida villa a breeze. Super knowledgeable, always quick to respond, and genuinely fun to work with. She really listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect place. Couldn’t be happier—highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home down here!

Milli helped me sell my house in Fl while I was out of the state. She went above and beyond and help me get the house ready to sell. Her recommendations were great and made the process easy. Not only did she listened to my concerns but answered all my questions. I highly recommend Milli as she is the best agent I have worked with.

I was referred to Milli by a good friend who also bought through Milli. From the very beginning, Milli listened to my needs, my budget and where I wanted to live. This was a huge move for me, from New Hampshire to Florida but Milli understood me. She sent me listings based upon my "wants" and reviewed the Pros and Cons of each until I came up with a list of Properties to look at. Milli made time for me day and night and assisted me daily until we got through the closing Process. Even after the purchase, Milli communicates regularly to ensure a smooth move was completed. I highly recommend Milli - her communication and market knowledge and ability to deliver is superb. Milli, many thanks for all of your assistance. I hope I was never too much trouble for you. Thank you, Ed

It was a pleasure working with Millie. She showed me lots of properties and got me out of my comfort zone. One of them i walked in the front door and immediately said this is it. I'm absolutely in love with my new home. Millie worked with my mortgage broker, seller and inspectors which made the sale easy.
