1,204 real estate agents in North Port

I would highly recommend Wendy Dowling for any real estate sale. I have worked with several agents over the past 15 years and sold four homes and none compare to Wendy…she is simply “top notch”. She assisted me with the short sale of my home in the very volatile North Port, FL market and was key to the successful closure of the sale. Despite the process taking more than a year due to buyer impatience and legal issues Wendy was always professional, positive, helpful, and most importantly resilient in her efforts to market and sell my home. Throughout this very stressful process she was always patiently working to support me in any way possible without hesitation, going above and beyond what would normally be expected of a realtor. If you are still looking for a realtor STOP and hire Wendy immediately – she is simply the best you will find!
