We were lucky enough to have met Elizabeth several years ago when she was hosting an open house. At that time, we were not buyers or sellers and she knew it, but she treated us as if we were her only client. She kept in touch with us through the years until we not only became buyers but sellers as well! Elizabeth listened to our requirements for a home and set up countless showings until we found our dream home. She steered us through the process of buying our 1st home in Florida - again, as if we were her only client. She texts calls and emails when she says she is, she is very knowledgeable in real estate and decorating and she made everything fun and funny! Her patience is never ending - she stayed with us after we pulled out of two deals in progress and the market got wonky. She kept up with what was going on and explained everything until we understood. She put up with us constantly changing our minds or making ridiculous offers. Organized! Wow, she gave us fantastic packets of information on each home we saw, remembers where we have been and lets you know why you will love or dislike a property. We love Elizabeth and she has become a great friend. If you need an agent - She is the best there is!

This lot had not been getting as much attention as the otheres I have listed. Elizabeth called saying she received a suprise email with an offer. She explained the terms and we agreed it was a good deal. The closing was quick and easy. I currently have other lots listed with her and will continue to send business her way.

Property was listed and closed very quickly...she is my realtor of going forward
