Trusting someone to list your property can be a hard decision. When we originally talked to James about it, he suggested holding onto the property as an investment. James had professional pictures taken of our condo at no expense to us, which we are saving for memories of our first home in Naples, FL. I know we were fortunate, but I do believe James had the right marketing strategy to get it sold. The strategy was not offering the condo at a low price to speed the process up.
