This was my 1st time selling a house and David was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. He walked me through the entire process and was patient and kind. During the process I had moved to another city and he kept me informed on a daily basis. Communication was always open and he is great in getting you a prompt response. Even after the sale of my home he was helpful with getting the needed paperwork together and sent to the different companies for utility, HOA, and insurance in order to close various acct I had regarding the house. I really and truly can't say enough good things about Sheri! Sheri became a friend of my brother's years ago and he always spoke highly of her. Sheri guided us through finding the lending company, lawyer, and inspectors we needed to complete the purchase in more than a timely manner.
