We knew our apartment was going to be a tough sell. The overall layout of our unit and the age of the building was going to require a very specific buyer and additionally require a seller who understood the perks of living in it (most of which are not easily seen unless you have first hand knowledge of it). Debbie came highly recommend to us by a fellow neighbor who used her expertise and services for the sale of their unit. And from the get go, we know we were in very good hands. She understood the assignment from the get go and never once in the time it took to sell it did she not answer my phone calls or texts. And when it came down to the negotiation and closing aspects, she was a shark. And boy did we need one! The buyer was very aggressive and did everything possible to achieve a better deal, but Debbie stepped in at every moment in order to protect our interests. Couldn't have asked for a better negotiator and a better sales person. She truly brings the entire package. So, no matter how difficult you think your property might be, rest easy that you will be in good hands with Deb.
