Nellie Barrios is willing to go the EXTRA MILE. She helped stage furniture, pictures, etc. and even brought in some of her own personal items. She also spent money out of her own pocket to purchase items she felt would make the property more saleable. She did whatever it took to make the property look its best (recommendations for landscaping, etc.) Her advertising obviously brought in qualified purchasers (appreciate not having a bunch of tire kickers). I can honestly say that Nellie is by far one of the best realtors I have had the pleasure of working with. She gives great advice and is NOT PUSHY!
