The last time we bought property, Bush sr., was president and Bezos hadn’t thought of Amazon yet. Anyone can say they’re a realtor. We don’t do tech and we don’t trust easily. So Nicole had her work cut out for her. She demonstrated good judgment, trustworthiness, dependability, and most important, anticipation of pitfalls and special opportunities. We wanted the ground floor, water view, southern exposure, fully updated facilities, all within a specific budget. She checked all the boxes and then some. Nicole took the bull by the horns and quickly set out to find me a new home with my preferences (which changed some at times!) She pinpointed locations, gave me her knowledge on various places and ran around town showing me options! It was very quick before she found my perfect home and then the real work began!
