I can’t say enough about John’s work ethic pre-sale and after the close. I was new to the area when I started my search. He was patient and stayed on top of things throughout the closing process. He even had a preferred list of potential vendors I called on for painting, repairs, cleaning, etc… In fact, one he met for me when I couldn’t get into town to let in for estimates and face timed me so I could explain to the contractor my needs.
