Jim was wonderful. No one in our condo has ever sold a unit in under 60 days but Jim made it happen. He was present whenever an agent brought his/her clients to view the condo. He pointed out all the benefits and upgrades the unit and the building had to offer. We had a few minor repairs after the inspection and Jim took care of all of them. Jim even came by on packing and moving day to make sure all was going well. He made the selling of our condo less stressful than it could have been. Thanks Jim! We highly recommend him.

Al had listed our condo during the worst of the CVID-19 times when nobody was venturing out. He supervised the way we should show the condo in photos and how we should phrase the write-ups. He coached us on what the market value was and how we should price it. Everything came out super and we were shocked at how soon it sold.
