She made no false promises, she warned us when our expectations were too high and delivered prompt feedback directly from the prospective buyers, so that we could adjust our strategy. Despite the harsh market conditions and the not-so-great state of the property, she managed to land a buyer within weeks after it was ready to sell and correctly assessed the suitability of the offer. In fact, the bottleneck was actually the fact that it was a jointly-owned property and she still managed to maintain her composure despite the back-and-forth between myself and the other owner.
