Extremely professional, efficient and respectful of seller needs

Beth not only delivered on preparing the house for sale that was in bad shape, but she also lined up the buyers expeditiously and always respected our financial constraints. She made no false promises, she warned us when our expectations were too high and delivered prompt feedback directly from the prospective buyers, so that we could adjust our strategy. Despite the harsh market conditions and the not-so-great state of the property, she managed to land a buyer within weeks after it was ready to sell and correctly assessed the suitability of the offer. In fact, the bottleneck was actually the fact that it was a jointly-owned property and she still managed to maintain her composure despite the back-and-forth between myself and the other owner. I am still not sure how she did it, but great job!
