I bought this home about 7 years ago as a single mom of 2 kids and picked this cute little home after so many months of searching for the perfect home with John’s help. He made sure I ended up in a good home I didn’t have to do renovations with as he knew at that time money was limited. It was only fitting that I gave this back to him to sell as I moved on to another phase in my life. I will always be grateful for him guiding me through the whole process and I’ve certainly became more adept at reading loan documents because of him as he was patient enough to break everything down for me.
