Christine is a highly confidant and responsible realtor

Christine is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in New Smyrna Beach. She was all the time very punctual and showed a very professional presentation of the property. Definitely, she was more friendly than the Seller Agent. Christine commutated well with the Title Company, the Inspection company, Lender, home insurance policy, Homeowner Association (HOA), Utility connections, Driver license change address, etc.. She is the ultimate realtor. Highly recommend her.

Incredible hard work and tenacity

Excellent Realtor!!

Deirdre is who you want in your corner when purchasing a home. She will go the extra mile and then some to make sure all is well throughout the process of purchasing a home. Even with how tight the market is currently we were still able to negotiate a fair price on the home we purchased. Deirdre even got a few extras tossed into the deal.
