My husband and I wanted to find and close on a property on Longboat Key within 2-weeks! We also needed to find one with everything that we were looking for. We hired Julie & Pat to see if they could make it happen knowing that it may not be possible to do all of the things that we wanted, within the time frame that we wanted, and at the price we wanted! We are happy to say, the goal was accomplished by Julie & Pat! They did a lot of research to find a development that checked ALL of our many boxes, sent us the information quickly, got us in to see the properties right away, made several offers on our behalf, drew up just as many contracts, had lots of negotiations and in the end got it done! We felt that they understood our needs and worked day and night, as needed, to make sure they did everything on their end to help us find the right property in the right time frame. I cannot tell you how easy it was to work with them. As an example, I would be on a call with Julie while Pat was looking up the information that I was asking her and they would get me the answers before we hung up the phone! Pat & Julie have the patience, knowledge and ability to get the job done right!

Jean was more than an Agent. We had a bidding war on a first property that we lost, were down to last signatures on another when a better buy came up which we needed a home inspection on to feel comfortable. The inspection was far from satisfactory so we backed out. We were down to one last possibility or we were going to forget about purchasing in Florida. Well the last she found was the best!! Location, amenities, price, condition, etc.. Got some Seller concessations to boot!! We're thrilled and forever grateful. And she is one heck of a tour guide as well besides being an excellent Ambassador for the State of Florida, this having been our first trip to the area or investigating properties there. We'll certainly keep in touch with Jean whenever we are down.
