Jean was more than an Agent. We had a bidding war on a first property that we lost, were down to last signatures on another when a better buy came up which we needed a home inspection on to feel comfortable. The inspection was far from satisfactory so we backed out. We were down to one last possibility or we were going to forget about purchasing in Florida. Well the last she found was the best!! Location, amenities, price, condition, etc.. Got some Seller concessations to boot!! We're thrilled and forever grateful. And she is one heck of a tour guide as well besides being an excellent Ambassador for the State of Florida, this having been our first trip to the area or investigating properties there.
