I loved working with Kary-- she is the best. She listened to what I wanted for my beach place and then helped me find exactly the right fit (even as I changed my mind several times.) Daily updates were sent so I could browse the listings and she was always ready to show me condos in person when I found one I was interested in. She drove me around so I could narrow my location parameter- she knows all the beach areas so well. Always patient and never in a hurry. Kary goes the extra mile and I have recommended her service to others. Not only did she help me find the perfect place but guided me through the whole closing process. Kary is amazing. My wife and I were looking for a 2nd home in the Clearwater area and we found Kary online. I tend to be a bit weary of "cold introductions", but we did not know of anyone in this market to assist. We not only got lucky in finding Kary, but were blown away by her attention to detail and patience. Personally, I am very demanding and move at a very, very fast pace. Sadly, I expect the same of the people I work with and few ever meet those demands. Kary was part of the "few". Kary is knowledgable, efficient and what seemed like always available, even at late, late hours. She truly is a one of a kind and you just can't go wrong. During our search Kary was giving us ideas of renovations, decor and was also getting into the units and really digging deep for problems and potential solutions. We found and settled on our home in 30 Days! That is amazing and only happened because of Kary.
