I am writing this review from my new home, which almost certainly would not be mine were it not for Bryan! I was attempting to buy my first home with too small an income, too low a credit score, in too competitive of a market. Before I was introduced to Bryan, I had two other agents (from different companies) essentially tell me that I was out of luck. Thankfully, Bryan came along! Bryan made me feel as though I was a priority. He always responded promptly to my endless barrage questions, and his replies were always thoughtful and thorough. Bryan assembled an incredible team behind me. Each time a new professional had to be brought into the fold, (lender, inspector, insurer, etc), Bryan had a referral readily available, and every single person that Bryan recommended took excellent care of me. Bryan's communication with the sellers (and other parties) was absolutely artful. He had a real talent for hearing my wants/needs/questions, and expressing them eloquently on my behalf. I am truly grateful to have had Bryan as my buyer's agent, and I recommend him wholeheartedly!
