Tammy took care of us from the start. We never even considered asking what she suggested but she is a very knowledgeable agent. We followed her instructions every step of the way and she brought it to the table. Our sale started with an extended closing and was then delayed multiple times due to the buyer. She took care of everything and kept the stress off of us. If it wasn't for Tammy, I know we wouldn't have had the same outcome. We knew when we put our place on the market that it would be tough to sell. Between a challenging neighborhood environment, an older home, Covid, negotiating/managing out of state, and the market in general, we weren't optimistic that we could get anything near our asking price. When we had items that needed to be addressed to pass inspection Tammy had a network of professionals who were able to help. (Again something that would have been impossible to handle out of state). Tammy was empathetic when we became emotional about the sale and always encouraged us to see the bright side. From beginning to closing she held our hand, educated us, treated us kindly and professionally. Should we find ourselves in need of a realtor again I will definitely use her!
