TLDR: stop wasting time and hire Dan. FULL REVIEW: This little box I’m typing in suggests that I describe my agents market knowledge and skill in the business. I’m not going to do that because that’s the baseline needed to even be in this profession. Dan exceeds expectations on all of that, but that’s not what got me through the flames of hell. With multiple communication breakdowns and non responsiveness from my other ex-halve, Dan orchestrated what could be considered impossible moves. I had played my part when he couldn’t, both of us taking care of business the second a wild issue came up. Working with him to turn the tide on something and someone burning a hole through my pocket, to the get the house closed, was truly a miracle. And he certainly performed them at the right times. Our original meeting wasn’t even my choice and was forced and thrown at me, however I am VERY glad that was the case. Honest, to the point, no bs, and prompt to the minute. He even has your back with trust, which is something I’ve leaned simply no longer exists with most folks. Thank you for everything, truly.
