Met John in 2018 looking for a property in Jupiter Florida. We found John through a family member and friends. John knows the area very well in Jupiter Florida where we were purchasing. He’s been here for many years and knows almost every development that exist in our town. John showed us many units was very knowledgeable on different comps in the area. John was very willing to take us back to see units that we were contemplating purchasing. When we decided to sell in 2024 John marketed our unit very well advertising putting it out on MLS. Gave us thoughts on a good price to be asking for our unit. We were very fortunate. Our house was only on the market for two days and we got an offer. We close the deal in 4 weeks .
