I had an exceptional experience with Mia. She was able to negotiate the price of my new home down more than 10%. She even said we should go lower when I suggested my initial offer. When we were looking at homes, she clearly wanted the best for me and was unafraid to point out weaknesses in the homes/areas that I should be aware of in addition to strengths. I’m new to buying homes, but it was no problem because she helped me with absolutely everything from the lender to the HOA to finding roofers/handymen in the area. She checked in with me everyday with updates during the closing process. You’ll be in great hands with her! I’ve completely decorated my home at this point and couldn’t be happier about it.

Really enjoyed working with Mia! For the first time i was actually glad that i had an agent. She has good knowledge of the Jupiter RE market, found the property that i liked, kept good communication with the seller so that the deal went very smoothly despite both me and the seller traveling a lot during the negotiation and closing process. She did lots of hand holding and got the answers to all my neat picky questions about the property and community, and put me in contact with good inspector and insurance agent. And i believe i got a good fair deal on the property end-to-end. I definitely highly recommend Mia and would gladly work with her again in the future.
