My wife and I wanted to thank Shelley Liao for her wonderful assistance in finding a home for us in Hollywood. I have to admit, we're a bit on the picky side, so we didn't make it easy for Shelley! Nevertheless, she was extraordinarily patient and professional. She had a fantastic demeanor the entire time and was truly a pleasure to work with. Shelley is very knowledgeable about the real estate business, including the entire searching and closing process. Every house she took us to had much of what we were looking for, so she didn't waste our time just going through the listings. She really understood what we were seeking, and while the market was thin, she did a great job of staying on top of things and pounced on a new listing just as soon as it came on.
