Richard was also knowledgeable concerning the differences between coop and condo sales, and worked diligently to ensure the specific requirements for our coop were met. Finally, given our buyer’s financial funds availability, Richard suggested and implemented a lease/purchase arrangement that worked for both parties to close the deal. As a remote owner, I really appreciated Richard’s assistance from recommending local repair services to dealing with the building board’s requirements, to advising us each step of the way, to finalizing the contracts and sale.
