I would send her a property and within the hour (most often 10 to 20 minutes later - she is QUICK) I would have the information about the property, any disclosures, and previous history of the property to my email to review. I was thoroughly impressed having her as a realtor and looked forward to every property we toured together because I knew Shelly had my best interest at heart each time. She knew all the right questions to ask and never left me blindsided by the realities of house hunting and becoming a homeowner.
