We needed an agent that knew the locale because we were not from this part of Florida. Finding Leslie was a blessing as she had local knowledge and brought clear direction from her wealth of experience. Working with us to develop a sales plan and establishing a realistic asking price was beneficial to finding the qualified buyer. Once we attracted the new owner candidate, Leslie helped to communicate with the other agent regarding needed information and negotiations of some of the closing details. She made it easy for us to get through any bumps in the road by offering suggestions that helped us make decisions on final details to the contract. The overall experience was great and rewarding. We recommend her highly.
