She went above and beyond, keeping in contact with us often late in the day. When the seller became extremely difficult to work with, Karen was a fighter and negotiated on our behalf with the seller and the seller's agent. Karen had great resources for the new house regarding painting, decorating, and handyman. Wish I could give 10 stars because she earned every one of them!
