One word for this agent...AWESOME! Our experience with the Property Advisors was great. We used them to buy and sell. We had a lot of hurdles to cross in both our buying and selling process, but Property Advisors helped keep things as stress-free as possible with their knowledge, fast communication, and great attitudes. We had homeowners claim the day we went to list our new home. We were anxious it would delay the sale of our home, and we were two days away from our wedding day when it happened. Jay was amazing. He walked with us in the whole process and even helped let in insurance adjusters and repairers when we couldn’t be there. After repairs were made to our home, we listed and had an offer in one day!!!!! Our new home was a foreclosure. There were extra hurdles, and we were a little worried about some of the repairs. Jay met with us several times to let contractors in and get estimates to help us know what we were getting into. His years of experience were so valuable in the process because he was able to answer every question and offer solutions to any problem. I recommend him to anyone. Jay makes home buying so easy.
