I’ve worked with many real estate agents over the years in buying and selling properties and Christy Lupien is one of the best. She has experience and it shows. First thing, she laid out all the commission and fee information right away; no surprises down the road there. In considering potential purchases, she pointed out both pros and cons equally. I felt like she did not hide or left unsaid information about a property or an area that might be a negative and possibly dissuade a potential buyer from buying. Once a property had been selected, she was on top of everything, from making an offer to closing. She knew every deadline that was coming and gave advance notice so that I could prepare and not be surprised by anything. She was responsive, kept in good touch with me, but was not overly intrusive. Christy’s market analysis was right on target. she priced our home $25,000 above what another realtor suggested it would be worth. We were thrilled when the first couple that saw it came in with an offer $5,000 below asking price. We were not taking most of the furnishings and were very concerned about what to do with them. She found an auctioneer who sold everything for us. We had to leave the state well before the closing were worried about how the house would look for the final walkthrough. Christy went in and cleaned the house for us. After the closing, because we moved out of state many problems arose which Christy continued to handle for us. There was a recurring problem with mail forwarding andmixup with the cable equipment. Christy stepped in straightened it out with the post office and located the located and returned the cable equipment. We cannot say enough about how helpful Christy was in making our move easy and stress free.
