I was looking to buy my first house and worked with a few agents. I noticed that none of them had patience!! Finally God helped me and I met Ms. Neva Lancaster... She's is through professional in the field of Real Estate, although she's not too old in this profession and just started her career in this field however, no one can say that!! she has a CAN DID attitude, which I believe a key of her SUCCESS! she helped me at every single step irrespective of day or time!! I called her sometimes during odd hours but like a good professional person she answered my calls not only that she always gave me the best possible advice. She's a very nice person at the same time who is willing to go extra mile for any body. I will wish her luck and pray for her SUCCESS.

Have used Maria since 2009, we purchased 30 homes from her and her knowledge is vast both on the buy and sell. She also manages our properties as if they were her own. Highest recommendation

Thank you very much, Austin!!! Austin was awesome with the sale of my home, and guided me through it with ease and elation. I have been working at the Southern California and my home was located at more than 2000 miles away, the Tampa Bay area of Florida. It was less than 10 weeks from the first time we talked over the phone about selling my home until we closed escrow on the sale of my home. Austin went above and beyond to assist with getting my vacant home ready for listing, completing touch up work as needed, reviewing and negotiating a better offer, and providing a smooth and timely closing. Austin’s expertise in the real estate market led to a good sale price and a quick close for me! Thank you so much again for all your amazing work and I can’t wait to work with you again in the future!
