Having been a real estate attorney in California for 40+ years I've worked with hundreds of agents. I would rank Catherine in the top 1%! She is the top broker in the sub market of Cypress Run where my wife and I purchased a home. Her communication, professionalism and market knowledge were all 5 star. Most important was her timely advice on every possible aspect of our move from processing HOA approvals to setting up utilities and providing referrals for the best vendors including inspectors, plumbers, electricians, and handymen. She has continued to assist us even after our closing and helped us organize our welcome to the neighborhood party! Hiring Catherine will be one of the best decisions you can make when buying to a home here in Tarpon Springs! Sincerely, David and Diane Griffith
