Seriously. We were difficult. There was only one house that would do, and the seller wasn't biting. Kristen kept us hopeful and showed us houses over six months until our original house came through. She was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and looked after our interests while dealing with a seller's realtor who may have found his license in a cracker jack box.
