From the moment we met our real estate agent, Polly, she was attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect home. She took careful notes of our preferences and ideas, truly listening to what we were looking for. After seeing a few homes, it was the last one on the second day that felt like “the one”—and she immediately got to work that very night preparing the offer and coordinating with all the necessary parties. Her communication was constant and clear, always keeping us updated and answering every question with patience. As first-time homebuyers, we felt completely supported throughout the process. She also introduced me to the Homes for Heroes program, which she’s affiliated with, and it made a big difference. I never imagined I’d be able to own a home, but thanks to her dedication and guidance, our dream became a reality. I cried the day we closed. I will always be grateful that she responded to my Facebook post—she was truly the answer to a prayer.

Bruce Naylor was a great agent, took us through the whole process, and made it effortless!! Would highly recommend him to anyone!!
