We ran through a few different regarding communication with the builder, but Crystal jumped right in and was no afraid to fight on our behalf to get us the best deal for our home. I could not recommend her enough! Best realtor in Tampa Bay! If you're on the fence about using her, we were given our agreement at 5pm and had to sign by 8pm to take advantage of a deal being offered through the weekend. My wife and I started reading the fine print of our 89 page agreement and began to grow overwhelmed as our inexperience with realtor lingo quickly gave us troubles. Thankfully, we forwarded our agreement to Crystal to read over and not only did she read the entire agreement and find several issues, she was even able to help us sign and take advantage of the weekend bonuses offered by the builder.
