We were brand new to the Tampa Bay area and had been out with a number of agents to look at houses. Our first day out with Anthony and his associate started similar to our days out with other agents. Sensing our disappointment, Anthony and his associate, Sarah Clark, recommended we look at a place that was not on our list. We ended up making an offer on it that day. He was wonderful throughout the process, guiding us through every step and even intervening at points where the process became a bit harry. In the end, we couldn't be happier with our new home. Alina and 54Realty have made this the best experience. The process was very organized and Alina had everything prepared for our first meeting with comp home prices and kept us updated on any new sales in the area that would effect our asking price.
