We were brand new to the Tampa Bay area

We were brand new to the Tampa Bay area and had been out with a number of agents to look at houses. Our first day out with Anthony and his associate started similar to our days out with other agents. We were not finding much that piqued our interest (although we were very impressed by Anthony's knowledge and professionalism). Sensing our disappointment, Anthony and his associate, Sarah Clark, recommended we look at a place that was not on our list. We ended up making an offer on it that day. Somehow, Anthony was able to listen to what we wanted and intuitively persuaded us into an option we had not been aware of. He was wonderful throughout the process, guiding us through every step and even intervening at points where the process became a bit harry. In the end, we couldn't be happier with our new home. We would gladly recommend Anthony and his team (and we intend to)!
