Jan was phenomenal!! When we first met, I knew she was the agent for us! She was knowledgeable, funny, trustworthy, and honest. During our search for a location she sent us daily emails to review based on our wish list. We finally decided on new build and Jan was with us for every meeting ensuring we were supported and knew the right questions to ask. She would meet us at the site weekly and if we weren’t able to be there she would stop by on our behalf. I appreciated how much she communicated with us along the way making us feel like friends and not just business partners. I truly can’t say enough positive things about Jan, she was absolutely wonderful throughout our build and because of her advise, input, and support we have the home of our dreams!!! I recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to buy, sell, or build!!!
