When I started my home buying journey Fonda was ecstatic for me and my big leap she was willing to be by my side every step of the journey. She Always answered my calls day or night, put up with all of my ridiculous questions (as a first time home buyer I certainly had more than a few) she was very pleasant and took her time in explaining to me the process and what to expect along the way. Fonda spent days going back and forth with the sellers to find the right price for me and one that made sense to the sellers, we were finally able to come to an agreement. I felt that only through her optimism and drive and relentless pursuit to my goals were we able to get the house of my dreams. later that year i was able to spend christmas in that home, what a feeling! Fonda was amazing at explaining the entire process to me upfront. Letting me know everything what to expect on the way to new homeownership. She was able to show me if you houses and finally found the one that really hit home. After being told three times this house is under contract and fell through with other realtors she was able to get me in to look at the house put an offer in on it and close the deal quickly and successfully to everybody satisfaction.
