Cheryl has been the best real-estate agent I could ask for, my stepmother passed away in FLORIDA and I live in Phoenix. My wife and I made several trips to clear personal belongings of the property but Cheryl took care of 75% of the rest to include an estate sale and all the closing and final sale.
