Sharon Hallas is a master of virtually all things real estate. Start to finish…Sharon responsibly managed every aspect of our purchase ….initial research to close and even found us competent tradesmen and contractors for renovations. Excellent communicator, always available, positive and creative problem solver. With Sharon on your team, it’s like having an army to oversee the research, buying, and closing challenges. Yes, I would use Sharon again, in fact she is helping us sell our existing home now.

We had an excellent experience working with Sharon and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. From the very beginning, she was friendly, personable, funny, and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. She has an impressive knowledge of the local market and provided valuable insight throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was her responsiveness. No matter the time of day or day of the week, Sharon answered our questions quickly and made us feel like a priority. Since we were buying from out of state, we relied heavily on her expertise and availability. Even when we were still in the early “daydreaming” stages of considering a move, she generously spent time showing us homes and helping us explore our options without ever making us feel pressured. Sharon was incredibly easy to work with and always made us feel welcome. With four children, scheduling and attending showings can be challenging, but she was accommodating, patient, and understanding every step of the way. We never felt like an inconvenience, and she consistently went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible for our family. When it came time to make an offer, Sharon’s skills and experience really shined. She helped us navigate a competitive situation where another offer was already on the table and successfully negotiated a deal that worked for us. Her professionalism, communication, and dedication gave us confidence throughout the transaction. We are so grateful for all of Sharon’s hard work and support. She made what could have been a stressful long-distance home purchase feel manageable and even enjoyable. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely caring realtor, Sharon is the one you want on your side.

Working with Sharon was a pleasure from start to finish. She was professional, prepared, and brought a deep knowledge of the market that gave us total confidence throughout the process. What really set her apart, though, was how fun and personable she is to work with. Buying/selling a home can be stressful, but Sharon made it feel easy! We felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend!
