From the beginning Melissa was fantastic; she instantly responded at any time of the day and really listened to my wants and needs. I was an out of state buyer so she would set up viewings as soon as I sent her a listing I was interested in and she would video/FaceTime the walk through with me. I flew down for one day to do in person walk throughs of my favorite houses and she even picked up/dropped us off at the airport 45 min away! She kept me informed of every step of the buying process and dealt with any and all problems we ran in to. She has a knack for keeping you informed but keeping all the stress off of you. She drove me to my closing and waited for all the paperwork to go through and then took me back to our new house to congratulate our family on the purchase.
